The last time we saw Bennett on the blog it was to celebrate his first birthday and now it’s time to celebrate his sister Anna’s first birthday! We met up one cloudy morning a few weeks ago and even though we had about ten drops of rain we had a great time! With some balloons and a couple of cupcakes we were ready to celebrate and have a great time taking some photos!
One of my favourite moments to capture of kiddos is closed eye giggles….when they laugh so hard they squeeze their eyes shut and scrunch up their noes….there’s not much cuter than that to me! Anna gave me so many big smiles and giggles! It was so awesome! Not to be outdone Bennett gave me some great looks of his own…including a couple big pretend pouts that broke out into a great big smile! What a cutie! And don’t these kids just have the most AMAZING eyelashes?! Jealous!

A few weeks ago I met Stacie and Marc for their BUMP session! Stacie and Mark were referred to me by some of my great clients who used to live in my neighbourhood and what we found out when we got to the session is that we’re almost neighbours! We live just down the street from each other and we could have carpooled to the session! Only in Winnipeg!
This session was so much fun! Stacie and Marc were naturals in front of the camera and Stacie sure knows how to rock that bump! How gorgeous is she!? Her sister-in-law is a make-up artist who works out of Windsor Studio helped her glam up before the session and did a gorgeous job of her make-up! Her fabulous wardrobe was from BUMP Maternity.
I love bump sessions! It’s always so fun to hear about how baby prep is going! I can’t wait to meet this baby when he/she arrives!

When Jen emailed me about her session for this year I already had this idea mulling around in my head for them, so I figured I would throw the idea out there to see what her and Phil thought about it. I remembered seeing their pics taking the girls camping to Folk Fest every year so I figured this would be perfect for them! A colourful kitchy camping shoot! They took the idea and ran with it! Crafting that gorgeous tent, finding the play campfire set and those super cute little lanterns! My awesome brother-in-law cut me tree stumps, I found the perfect radio from Sunny Life, and we were set! Ready to camp!
This session was so much fun! Lucie and Léa are a blast and full of so much personality! Of course bear and Sheepy were along for the shoot and we just had to include them in some of the pictures!

Meet Joshua! This cutie is the little brother of Sam who we have seen a few times on the blog already! Joshua was so chilled during his session! A few milk breaks and he was fast, fast asleep for most of it! With the sun streaming in his nursery it kept him warm and cozy!
My shoots with this family are always filled with so much laughter and silliness (mostly courtesy of Sam!). The love between these four makes it such a joy to capture them and I always leave with a smile on my face!
