I’ve been waiting to take these three back to this spot ever since Emily was born! This is the same spot we took Tracy & Darrin’s maternity photos and I thought it would be neat if we came back as a party of three!
The last time we saw Emily on the blog was in the spring and she’s grown so much since then! She’s still just as sweet as ever and then some! It’s so fun to hear her learn her words and her personality is just so fun and outgoing. Stella has taught her that i’m Auntie HaHa (or just HaHa for short) and I just have to tell one cute story about her. This summer after a family trip to Fargo she would mention my name to her mom and her mom would ask her “where is HaHa?” and Emmy would say “camping”. LOL…nope, HaHa is not camping….she’ll learn one day that HaHa doesn’t camp 😉
Anyway, enough chatter…on to the photos of sweet little Emily! ENJOY!

Back in the beginning of September (i’m REALLY behind on blogging!) we took Stella out for some quick fall photos! We were having supper in Morden that evening so we decided to make a trip to the beach for the shoot. Stella was more into exploring than she was into photos….she told me after the shoot that it was more fun when we took photos with ice cream, she wanted all her shoots to be with ice cream….opps! I guess I brought that on myself 😉
Lucky for me my sister always lets me help to dress Stella so we picked out those amazing yellow JOE’S Jeans and of course no Stella outfit would be complete without some Chucks!
ENJOY!

LOVE. The perfect word to describe this session…..so much love in this family and so much love for this family! Our session last fall was cut short due to rain so we never got a chance to pull out The Big Love Ball and I waited a whole year for my chance to use it! I think it actually worked out perfectly this way because Edith was able to participate and chase and play with her sisters when we pulled it out! What a difference a year makes!
Oh these girls are just as sweet as they look! I love our sessions together, the hugs and the love I get from them. I could spend hours taking their pictures….not sure Edith would have stood for that, but I think Ellen would have….what a little entertainer! I love having her in front of the camera! Sarah, those freckles, the sparkle in her eyes, a little bit shy in front of the camera sometimes but SO full of personality! And then there’s Edith….the one who tries to get away! But we captured her smile and tricked her into photos this year 😉
I have to also throw in a little thank-you to Kara here because well, you know what they say about photographers and October….October to photographers is like April to accountants….CRAZY! Kara was so patient waiting for these and didn’t ask once where her photos were staying. THANK YOU! You’re the best! <3
ENJOY!

Long time readers will recognize this family….the first family I ever photographed! The original three sisters I worked with! I have so many great memories working with them…..annual back to school sessions, grad photos and then newborn photos! So beautiful and such naturals in front of the camera! The first time we did “back to school” photos Jyana wasn’t even in school yet! And now here she is entering her last year of high school, Abby is starting another year in university and well we’ve seen Ashton on the blog recently too….mom of Kingston….the family’s pride and joy!
On my drive home to the city after photographing the family I couldn’t help but think to myself what amazing girls John and Trish have raised. They are always so friendly, kind and genuine! I truly enjoy my sessions with them because they have amazing personalities to match their gorgeous faces!
Enjoy!
