This past weekend we got a little spring surprise in the form of SNOW (ugh!) but inside we were playin’ and pretending we were under the sea! A few weeks ago Tracy showed me some outfits she had been eyeing for the boys and I knew from that pineapple shirt they would be the perfect models for this shoot idea I had floating around (ha ha) in my head. Nick and Jack were so much fun! How lucky am I to have friends who bring their kids to me whenever I need models? I appreciate it so much!!
There was so much fun and excitement with all these sea creatures to play with! Balloons always make such a fun photoshoot and these fish balloons from Anagram were absolutely perfect!

This year for my annual Valentine’s Day shoot I wanted to do something different….so I did my shoot with a family, which I hadn’t done before and I invited Alana from Brillante to collaborate and style the set for me AND I told her I think I wanted to do something monochromatic….which was something TOTALLY different for me, lover of all things colourful! But I think it still fits the B2 style with pops of colour in props and wardrobe 😉 Alana loaded up her vehicle and we unpacked all kinds of fun and beautiful props….stay tuned for an upcoming post on the blog featuring Alana, her work and how this shoot went from concept board to reality!
Darrin, Tracy, Emily and Cru took this shoot over the top! These four have crazy awesome style and Emmy and Cru? C’mon. They are just the cutest ever! Emily’s personality jumps off the screen!!! If you think this cutie is sweet in her pictures, multiply that by 100 and that’s her in real life! Telling stories oh so expressively and with so much excitement! Cru, he’s all cheeks and charm! A real little heart breaker that one! He’s so chill and just melts you with his big round eyes!

Stylin’ with her top knot and fur, I knew this was going to be an awesome session the moment I saw little Miss Charlotte arrive for our fall session! What a little fashionista! This might be one of my favourite sessions of the fall, we had so much fun! Charlotte is so entertaining….believe or not those big smiles came courtesy of us talking about the garbage truck! The light, the colours….the adorable little family….everything about this session was perfection!
And Charlotte had some big news to announce at the end of the session too! 🙂
