B2 Photography | Winnipeg, Manitoba's Modern and Colourful Family Photographer

Living the dream.  That’s what I said to Chris as we were having dinner last night.  We were talking about the path that my photography career has taken over the past number of years and sometimes I can’t believe how far I’ve come.  When I first started I was just a girl with a dream, a camera,  and a bad website…and today I’m still that same girl with a dream and a camera but I’ve built a brand that I’m proud of and I have a group of fabulous clients who I feel so blessed to take pictures for!

Someone who has been a huge part of helping me to create and build my brand is Genevieve from Lilac Creative….this blog has been carefully planned over the last few months and it all started out with an email to the  lovely Genevieve…..my goal?  A blog that would give my clients and readers a peek into my personality, something colourful and FUN.  Genevieve gets me, she gets my love for colour, patterns, hearts and cute stuff in general 🙂 She made the process easy and FUN!  The first time I got an email with a mock up from her I squealed, yup I did.

Wait….there’s more!!  Not only did Genevieve work her magic on the blog but she also created a fun little Welcome page for the B2 Photography Facebook page!

 

 

There are a few other special things you’ll find on this blog that are thanks to some amazing people in my life!  The pictures you see scattered throughout the pages of the website were shot by my amazing friend and super talented business partner Kara Wieler, I can’t thank her enough for putting up with me and my silly faces in front of the camera!

There are not enough thank-you’s in the world for my hubby, Chris, who took time away from his busy schedule with Paperback Films and At First Sight Films to follow me around with his camera more than a couple times this month to help me create the video you’ll find on the “Meet Becky” page.   His talent amazes me, I am so proud of him and his skills and thankful that he was kind enough to put this video together for me 🙂

When I was searching for the perfect song for this video I felt like hit the gold mind when I found this song by Mindy Gledhill, I adore the lyrics and so often this is exactly how I feel:

So here’s the official WELCOME to my new blog….I have a few fun things planned this week to celebrate my new look….a contest for a session AND a cute LOVE DAY shoot!  But you’ll have to come back for those 🙂  Until then here are a few pics from some shoots that are coming up soon on the blog!
